I was recommended to use Inspired Constructions, Pools & Landscaping by my employer who had used Gio in the past. My boss is very fussy, so I figured that using Gio was pretty safe. I was nervous about picking a builder as you hear so many terrible things about builders. I also find people working in or around my home really stressful. So I was hopeful that Gio would be different. And thankfully he was.

A number of key things I liked about Gio and his team. • Gio's quote - was the most detailed I saw during the quoting process. Really allowed us to be comfortable with the price and what we were getting. • Quality of workmanship - is amazing. And the painter was so fussy it was funny. • On time - Gio said it would take 6 weeks and that's how long it took. He kept us up to date about the comings and goings of the process really well. • Cleanliness and friendliness - this was particularly pleasant. The guys cleaned up each night so that we could get in and out. There was no rubbish, smoking, loud noise etc. We hardly knew they were there, which is really saying something. We would absolutely recommend Inspired Constructions. And we ourselves will be using Gio if and when we build the next level on our house - I'm not so afraid of that now.

Recently we decided to undertake a major extension to our house, a Queenslander.

Over the past 10 years we have undertaken three renovation projects here.

For the current extension, we have engaged an architect who has developed an excellent design. At our request, the architect obtained an indicative building estimate for the proposed design.

As with all tenders obtained for past projects, this estimate was lacking in detail. We felt we needed more infromation in order to see what we were going to get for our money.

This is where Inspired Cosntructions comes in.

Gio and his company were recommended because of their attention to detail, quality building, tradesmanship and rpactical advice.

We can only say that their reputation in the industry is well deserved.

A budget estimate, not a tender, was requested and Gio visited our property to carry out an inspection. Shortly after we received a budget estimate that was more detailed than I had every seen for a home renovation. All cost areas were detailed over several pages.

This information has enabled us to confidently make a comparison of prices and has given us complete clarity and transparency in the price and for the future of the project. Gio's budget estimate will set the benchmark for the tender process we are about to embark upon.

The service provided by Gio's company, Inspired Constructions is extremely valuable. Without the detail Gio provides, it is difficult to compare prices, to be confident there will not be any unexpected surprises or to form a judgement about the quantum of the estimated cost of the proposed works.
